Natalia Borodina, born in 1987, lives and works in Hamburg. With a background in architecture and a deep sensitivity for visual rhythm, her artistic practice unfolds in the quiet interplay between structure and softness.
Working primarily with delicate layers of silk paper, she creates abstract compositions that explore depth, transparency, and the shifting qualities of light. Her works emerge slowly – built from silence, from repetition, from intuition.
Natalia’s art is an ongoing dialogue between movement and stillness, presence and absence. Each piece reflects an inner landscape, evoking balance through texture, tone, and form. Her practice is both meditative and experimental – a continual process of layering, letting go, and rediscovery.
